Meet the Real Property Management Platinum Staff
Director of Operations
Barbara has been the Director of Operations with RPM Platinum since 2012. Barbara is energetic, positive and a happily determined problem solver. Barbara has been a member of the Fresno & Clovis community for more than 25 years. She finds her work at Real Property Management Platinum to be very fulfilling. Before working in the real estate community, Barbara worked as a paralegal and gained skills in research, organization and meeting deadlines. Now licensed as a Broker, Barbara also enjoys time with family, fitness and good taco trucks.
Leasing Agent, Administrative Assistant
Judy joined the Real Property Management Platinum team in February 2018. She received her California Real Estate License in August 2018. She works mainly with lease renewals and delinquencies. She previously worked for about 15 years with several Silicon Valley companies as a Safety and Environmental Engineer, working to maintain compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. She came to work at RPM after being retired for 10 years. Judy became part of the Clovis community in 2001 when she and her husband moved here from San Jose to retire. She is a grandmother of 18 and a great grandmother of 9. She enjoys quilting and visiting family.
Director of Finance
Brenda has worked with RPM Platinum since May 2012 as the director of finance. In December 2015, Zane Hansen, the original owner, decided he needed to sell this RPM Platinum office to pursue his other business adventures, Brenda and Barbara jumped at the chance of becoming the new RPM Platinum owners. Brenda continues to manage all things financial. She loves what she does and it shows in the care and concern she has for each of our individual clients. For 18 years prior to 2012 she owned a successful medical service business and has been able to bring a lot of experience to RPM Platinum.
Stephanie has been our Maintenance Coordinator since 2018. She loves solving problems and helping our tenants, owners, and maintenance vendors. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating all maintenance and repairs needed for our rental properties. She is available by phone or email. Prior to joining Real Property Management Platinum, she worked for CUSD & The Clovis Chamber Of Commerce. Stephanie enjoys finding the best taco trucks in town, watching movies and photography. She enjoys spending time with her children and traveling with her husband in their semi truck.
Karina has worked with Real Property Management Platinum as the Office Assistant since 2017. Her association with RPM Platinum, however, started long before her employment. Prior to joining RPM Platinum, she worked as an assistant manager at Del Taco in Clovis, a frequent spot for RPM Platinum employees. When the office was looking to expand, Karina was sought after to join the team. She has been a fantastic addition to the office ever since! Her positive attitude and attention to detail help everyone in the office work at optimum levels. Karina has two beautiful daughters and was married in October 2018. 2019 has started out on a high note when she received her real estate license in January.
