Meet the Real Property Management Platinum Staff
Lacie is the Leasing Agent with Real Property Management Platinum. She has been a great asset to RPM Platinum since joining our team March 2015. She received her California Real Estate License in 2016 and has been taking our properties by storm ever since. Her energetic and bubbly personality help her find excellent tenants for our properties. Some of her responsibilities include marketing properties, coordinating showings, screening applications, responding to listing inquiries, and keeping clients informed through weekly reports. She understands the stress of renting; having lived in Washington, Utah, Oklahoma and now California. Her goal is to make finding and renting a home as stress-free as possible. She takes the time to understand each potential residents situation, to find the best property to meet their needs.
Lacie is a busy mother of three beautiful children. She spends her time being the “Taxi Mom,” driving from sporting events to teaching fitness classes; she’s always on the go! Lacie just got certified to teach High-Fitness, a hardcore program of interval training in plyometrics and cardio. Her passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle make her an excellent addition to the Real Property Management Platinum team.
Courtney has been our Maintenance Coordinator since 2014. She is our problem-solving liaison between our tenants, owners, and maintenance vendors. Maintaining an excellent working relationship with all parties is Courtney’s highest priority. Courtney oversees all repairs, property inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and settles all tenant security deposits. Courtney received her California Real Estate License in 2016 and keeps our office running smoothly.
Courtney has been a Clovis resident most of her life. She is always on the lookout for new restaurants to try, and can be counted on for a good recommendation! She loves doing DIY projects, visiting the coast, and spending time her family, friends and her dog – Harvey.
Director of Operations
Barbara has been the Director of Operations with RPM Platinum since 2012. Barbara is energetic, positive and a happily determined problem solver. Barbara has been a member of the Fresno & Clovis community for more than 25 years. She finds her work at Real Property Management Platinum to be very fulfilling. Before working in the real estate community, Barbara worked as a paralegal and gained skills in research, organization and meeting deadlines. Now licensed as a Broker, Barbara also enjoys time with family, fitness and good taco trucks.
Director of Finance
Brenda has worked with RPM Platinum since May 2012 as the director of finance. In December 2015, Zane Hansen, the original owner, decided he needed to sell this RPM Platinum office to pursue his other business adventures, Brenda and Barbara jumped at the chance of becoming the new RPM Platinum owners. Brenda continues to manage all things financial. She loves what she does and it shows in the care and concern she has for each of our individual clients. For 18 years prior to 2012 she owned a successful medical service business and has been able to bring a lot of experience to RPM Platinum.
Steve is our Quarterly Review Inspector and handles property reviews. Steve visits our occupied properties and reports on maintenance conditions. Over the years he has been a valuable asset to our office and keeps the staff aware of any repair needs at our homes. Steve has been a member of the Clovis community for over 30 years.
